- With signers: Document senders share signer information with us to facilitate signing. Signers receive signing links and notifications via email.
- Service providers: We use trusted third-party services including Stripe (payments), SendGrid (email delivery), Pusher (real-time features), and Daily.co (video). These providers have their own privacy policies.
- Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or government authority.

We retain your account information and documents for as long as your account is active. Signed documents are retained indefinitely to support legal compliance and audit requirements.
